DELIVERY

Delivery Times

Monday-Friday: Next day delivery (same day dispatch) available on orders before 5:00pm (unless stated otherwise on checkout). Automatically applies to most standard orders. Pallets (heavy weight and multiple or bulk quantities), Bank holidays, seasonal holidays, and other exclusions apply. UK Mainland only.

  • Standard delivery: Usually 2–5 working days.
  • Pallet delivery: Usually 5-7 working days.

Delivery Costs

Missed Deliveries
If you miss your delivery, our courier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection. Tracking information will also include details for re-scheduling or options for delivery.

Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos so we can put it right quickly.

RETURNS

You have 15 days from receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it.
Once you’ve let us know that you’d like to return your order (within the 15-day cancellation period), you’ll have another 15 days to send it back to us.
