DELIVERY
Delivery Times
Monday-Friday: Next day delivery (same day dispatch) available on orders before 5:00pm (unless stated otherwise on checkout or product page). Automatically applies to most standard orders.
Pallets (heavy weight and multiple or bulk quantities), Bank holidays, seasonal holidays, and other exclusions apply. UK Mainland only. Some postcodes in remote or difficult to access areas may add additional transit/delivery times.
- Next day delivery (if ordered before 5:00pm, unless stated otherwise).
- Standard delivery: Usually 2–5 working days.
- Pallet delivery: Usually 5-7 working days.
We’ll email you tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery Costs
Free delivery on all standard orders. Pallet delivery calculated on checkout.
Missed Deliveries
If you miss your delivery, our courier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection. Tracking information will also include details for re-scheduling or options for delivery.
Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos so we can put it right quickly.

RETURNS
You have 60 days from receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it.
Once you’ve let us know that you’d like to return your order (within the 60-day notice period), you’ll have another 15 days to send it back to us.
Unless your item is faulty or we’ve sent the wrong one, you’ll just need to cover the return postage.
Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method - usually within 5–10 working days. This varies depending on your chosen payment method (credit cards typically take longer to show the refund).
