Delivery Areas & Couriers

We deliver throughout the UK mainland using trusted courier partners who are authorised to handle hazardous goods (as automotive batteries cannot be sent via Royal Mail).

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery:
  
  Usually 2–5 working days (Next day if ordered before 2:00pm*)
  • Handling Time: Typically 0-1 Working day
  • Transit Time: Typically 1-2 Working days
  • Weight limit: Motorcycle batteries: 20Kg, All Others: 30Kg (Calculated at checkout).
    
    
• Pallet delivery:
  
  Usually 5-7 working days.

*Next day delivery (same day dispatch) available on standard orders before 2:00pm Monday-Friday. This can vary and can extend up to 5:00pm on some product ranges, please see the product page for details. Next day delivery automatically applies to most standard orders. Pallets (heavy weight and multiple or bulk quantities), Bank holidays, seasonal holidays, and other exclusions apply. UK Mainland only. Some postcodes in remote or difficult to access areas may add additional transit/delivery times. Subject to stock availability.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss your delivery, our courier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection.

Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos so we can put it right quickly.
